TECHNICAL OFFICER (Commercial, Central / Wong Chuk Hang)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and oversee repairs, maintenance, improvement and upgrading works for the property

• Prepare maintenance specifications, tender documents and evaluate quotations for service contracts and technical works

• Supervise contractors and in-house technicians and monitor workmanship, progress and site safety

• Ensure all technical works comply with statutory requirements and client’s expectations

• Assist in preparing preventive maintenance schedules and technical reports

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder in E&M Engineering/Building Services (E&M)/Building Surveying or related discipline

• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Licence (Class B0 or above will be an advantage)

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the field of property management

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
