Major Responsibilities:
Assist to manage specific tasks in projects and IT services;
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues;
Liaise with different stakeholders; and
Ad-hoc assignment.
Requirements:
Diploma holder in Information Technology or related discipline;
At least 1 year working experience in IT support;
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
Multitasking and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision;
Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud and system automation, include Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign and Shortcuts (App) in macOS would be preferred.
