JAPANESE SPEAKING SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE - Global Japanese Forwarder & Logistics Company (Lai Chi Kok | 5-Day Work Week)

Job Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Sales Manager and contribute to achieving company sales targets.

• Provide professional consultation and tailored logistics solutions to clients.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient service execution.

Ideal Candidates 

• Diploma or above in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in air or ocean freight forwarding.

• Native Japanese speaker or equivalent proficiency (JLPT N1).

• Proficient of English, Chinese, or Cantonese will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven with a positive attitude.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
