
Lecturer - Drone Flight (Part-time)
Company Overview
The applicant must possess:
with certificate(s) of relevant specialty / HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent academic qualification;
hold a valid Remote Pilot Certificate with Advanced Rating (A/B) issued by the Civil Aviation Department (CAD);
a minimum of 7 years’ post-qualification relevant working experience, including at least 2 years of SUA operations-related experience in a supervisory, remote pilot, instructional, or assessor role;
possess sound knowledge of SUA operations, aviation safety requirements, and relevant CAD regulations;
have good analytical, communication, and documentation skills;
be capable of conducting practical flight training and safety supervision independently; and
possession of relevant instructional or assessor qualifications will be an advantage.

Duties include:
to develop and deliver drone training programmes, assessments, and training materials;
to conduct flight training, competency assessments, pre-flight briefings, and safety demonstrations;
to monitor trainee progress, attendance, performance, conduct, and safety awareness;
to ensure compliance with CAD, HKIC, and safety requirements through risk and safety management;
to provide technical guidance and support quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement;
to manage training resources and facilities, maintain records, and report incidents, hazards, and equipment defects; and
to carry out any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director from time to time.
