Marketing Assistant (Manufacturing) (Welcome Fresh Graduate)
Responsibilities:
To assist the Marketing Manager in handling quotation tasks.
Maintain relationship with existing customers
Provide customer service to the prospective customers
Coordinate with customers in relation to the product enquiry
Follow up projects and work directly with plant on production planning & commitment
Account receivable monitoring on the dedicated account
To estimate budget proposal by referring factory record, requirements and current conditions
To manage ad-hoc assignments/projects as assigned
Requirements:
Degree Holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Logistic, Engineering or related disciplines
1-2 years of relevant working experience in the marketing field. Fresh graduates will also be considered
刪 IANG visa holder will be also considered
Solid experience in manufacturing field and project management is an advantage
Proficiency in using MS applications including Excel (Macro), SQL, VBA
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Candidates with more experience would be considered as Marketing Executive
May require working from Dongguan office depending on business needs
