We are an established garment manufacturing and trading company specializing in cut-and-sewn knitwear, primarily sportswear and casual wear.
Our production network includes factories in China (1,000 workers) and Southeast Asia (2,000 workers), serving key markets in the USA, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and other international regions.
ROLE MISSION
To drive end-to-end merchandising excellence—from product development through bulk production—while building strong customer relationships and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery to support business growth.
ROLE SUMMARY
You will manage the full merchandising cycle, liaise with customers, factories, and internal teams, and contribute to business development.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on xperience in cut-and-sewn knit garments and a proven track record of working with overseas buyers and production partners.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage all merchandising activities independently from product development to bulk production
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Liaise closely with internal teams, factories, and suppliers to ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery
Monitor order progress, proactively resolve production issues, and ensure all quality standards are met
Support business development by identifying and exploring new opportunities
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Tertiary education in Clothing, Textiles, or a related discipline
3+ years of working experience in the apparel industry, of which 1+ year in manufacturers
Hands-on experience in cut-and-sewn knit items
Solid experience dealing independently with overseas buyers, factories, suppliers, and customers
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with factories and meet customer needs
Strong business sense, with good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communications of spoken and written English and Mandarin
Willingness to travel to China occasionally
