MERCHANDISER – European premium packaging & visual display for global fashion accessories brands (Hunghom)

ROLE MISSION

• Lead the coordination of premium packaging and visual display projects for fashion and accessories collections from design to production

• Act as the key link between overseas customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Deliver high-quality results on time while maintaining strong customer relationships

ROLE SUMMARY

• Manage end-to-end merchandising and project coordination for premium packaging and display solutions

• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment

• Gain exposure to global fashion and accessories brands while developing strong project management and customer service skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle projects between overseas customers and vendors from design concept through to production and delivery

• Follow up on orders, production status, and shipment arrangements to ensure on-time delivery

• Prepare project-related materials, including samples, specifications, and presentation documents

• Prepare reports and maintain relevant project documentation

• Assist in ad-hoc duties and special assignments as required

• Occasional travel to Mainland China is required for factory visits, meetings, and project follow-up

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 3+ years of merchandising experience; experience in premium packaging, visual display, fashion or accessories is preferred

• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel

• Good command of English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage

• Diploma holder is preferable
