MERCHANDISER – garment trims / accessories / heat transfer / trading & manufacturer (Lai Chi Kok)

Role Summary : 

• You will support key global apparel brands as part of a small, collaborative merchandising team, managing end‑to‑end orders for garment trim products such as heat transfers, elastics, tapes, drawcords and zipper pullers. 

• Working closely with overseas vendors, internal teams and customers, you will handle daily communications, coordinate product development, prepare quotations and ensure accurate, on‑time execution of all merchandising tasks, while delivering responsive, detail‑oriented service in a stable office‑based role with no travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a merchandising team of 4–5 members

• Manage daily communications and service for assigned customers or brands

• Coordinate product development with overseas vendors and clients

• Handle customer interactions via phone and email

• Prepare quotations and follow up on orders

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of merchandising tasks

Ideal Candidates

• Minimum 2 years of experience in garment trims or apparel merchandising

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail

• No travel required
