Job Duties:
Building Services (Hospital Projects) Project Management – prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects.
Coordination with the customers to interpret their needs and requirements and attend regular BS meeting
Prepare related technical material submission including equipment schedule, plans, contractor’s performance) and report regularly and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Communicate effectively with project manager and other project stakeholders to provide assistance and technical support
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Building Service / Electrical / Mechanical / Construction related discipline
3–5 years' relevant experience; Experience in BIM, Hospital Projects or Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS) is highly preferred
Proficient in MS Office & AutoCAD
Good command of English and Chinese
Hard working and able to work under pressure
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Engineer
