Customer Services Assistant (Gatehouse) 客戶服務助理(閘口)

• Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above

The Role
The job holder’s major responsibilities are to:

• Assist in gate operations including container weighing and inspection

• Monitor gate movement

• Handle shipping/car carrier documentation and container appointments

• Handle dutiable / detained / damaged / rejected container

• Provide counter service for trucker

• Process data in a timely and accurate manner

• Handle hotline enquiry
  

The Person
The ideal candidate should have / be:

• Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above, with at least 2 years of clerical experience

• Knowledge and experience in handling shipping document and terminal operations is an advantage

• Conversant with PC and Microsoft Office application

• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)

• Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills

• Good team player and customer oriented

• Willing to perform jobs on shift basis  (including overnight shift)

• Fresh graduates will also be considered
