Job description:
To streamline network configuration and adjustments in support of ongoing cloud-hosted departmental services.
To deliver technical support and maintain high availability and stability across the network infrastructure.
To provide technical assistance for network improvement initiatives.
To manage change control processes for the administration, operation, upgrading, and configuration of network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, remote access servers, and related equipment.
To conduct problem diagnosis, performance optimization, and ad-hoc troubleshooting for network devices.
To oversee acceptance testing, monitor task performance, and ensure quality assurance for all project outputs.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
At least 2 years’ experience in:
Authentication Server
Checkpoint Firewall Administration
Internet Firewall Technical Support
Remote Access Server
Router Configuration
Virtual LAN/LAN Switching
Virtual Private Network
At least 1 years' experience in Intrusion Prevention System and Network & System Management
Experience in supporting application delivery controllers, and traffic monitoring and management devices
Experience in conducting quality control on change procedure
