PACKAGING & PRINTING DESIGNER - US brand fashion jewellery, fashion accessories, cosmetic & beauty product (Kwun Tong)

Role Mission

• This role is responsible for providing packaging and print design support for one US fashion jewellery, fashion accessories & beauty brand. 

• You will help create attractive, trend-driven designs that meet customer requirements and support product development from concept to sample stage.

Role Summary

• This is a design role within a Packaging Design team of 4 members. 

• You will work closely with internal teams, printers, and manufacturers to develop print-ready packaging and ensure high-quality execution. 

• This role offers a stable working environment with very little travel required.

Job Description

• Support the design and development of fashion jewelry & fashion accessories packaging trends.

• Develop trend-inspired collections that match seasonal themes and market needs.

• Create original prints, patterns, and repeats using both hand-drawn and digital techniques.

• Assist with packaging research and trend research.

• Manage product development and merchandising activities from design concept through sample development.

• Ensure all work meets customer requirements, cost targets, and development timelines.

• Coordinate sourcing and sample development to ensure timely delivery of CADs, prototypes, and samples.

• Work with printers and manufacturers to maintain design quality and consistency.

• Ensure all designs are print-ready and follow technical guidelines.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.

Ideal Candidate

• Diploma or above in Textile Design, Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Jewellery Design or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of packaging design experience, preferably in fashion jewellery, fashon accessories, fast fashion, beauty & cosmetic products, gift items .... or equivalent.

• Proficiency in AI and Photoshop is required.

• Experience with other design software such as InDesign, Procreate, Rhino, or other 3D rendering tools is an advantage.

• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
