PART-TIME ACCOUNTS CLERK (10K) - Swiss Forwarder | Kwun Tong | Permanent Part-time | 2 Days per Week

Job Description

• Handle daily accounting operations

• Prepare weekly accounts receivable and accounts payable updates

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations

• Arrange local and overseas payments

• Update the general ledger and profit and loss statement

• Generate invoices and vouchers using the company system

• Update bank account records

• Support other accounting-related duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate

• Accounting studies or related background

• 3 to 4 years of accounting experience in any business

• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics service providers is a plus

• Good communication skills in English and Chinese

• Careful, responsible, and able to work independently

• Comfortable working as the sole accounting staff in a small office

Terms & Benefits

• Fixed salary: HK$10,000 per month

• Permanent part-time position

• Work 2 days per week, Tuesday and Friday

• Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

• Annual leave: 6 days

• No overtime work required
