Part-time Intern (6-Months Contract) - Planning and Administration, Corporate Affairs

Role & Responsibilities:

• Planning and research of Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) initiatives, including Green, Wellness and Volunteering activities, as well as Commission-wide staff events for the Staff Activities Committee (SAC), including annual dinner and sporting events

• Coordinate and run CSR and SAC events from start to finish

• Design and prepare presentations materials for committee meetings, quarterly newsletters, event recaps, and other ad-hoc reporting related to CSR and SAC

• Provide administrative support to the CSR and SAC Committee

Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program

• A demonstrated interest in the social sector and CSR or study in the field of Communications

• Proficiency in using Canva and other AI tools to create engaging content

• Previous experience of event management and holding similar events is desirable

• Able to work independently with limited supervision, and in a team environment

• Strong research, organisational and administrative skills

• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate events, e.g. during weekends and weekday evenings
