Hong Kong University Graduates Association Education Foundation (“the Foundation”) is committed to advancing quality education in Hong Kong and preparing young people to thrive in an increasingly dynamic and interconnected world.

Our two Direct Subsidy Scheme schools — HKUGA Primary School and HKUGA College (“the College”) — operate under a distinctive 12-year through-train model and are widely recognized for their commitment to academic excellence, holistic development, and student well-being.

The College, offering both pathways of HKDSE and iAL, is an English-medium DSS secondary school dedicated to nurturing lifelong learners who embrace hard work, perseverance, and creativity. Through a caring and supportive environment, the College empowers students to become compassionate, responsible, analytical, globally minded individuals who contribute meaningfully to society.

The Foundation invites applications from distinguished education leaders for the position of Principal of the College, commencing on 1 September 2027.

The successful candidate will:

• embrace and champion the vision, mission, and educational philosophy of the Foundation and the College;

• demonstrate outstanding leadership with the ability to inspire, build, and empower high-performing teams;

• possess recognized professional qualifications, together with a strong track record in teaching, educational leadership, and school administration;

• remain abreast of developments in local and international education and demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional growth;

• lead the strategic and innovative integration of artificial intelligence and data-informed practices to enhance teaching, learning, and school development;

• foster and further strengthen the 12-year through-train educational model in close collaboration with HKUGA Primary School;

• meet the Education Bureau’s requirements for appointment as a secondary school principal.
