ROLE MISSION 職位使命

• You will lead the China Technical Team and ensure that furniture／傢俬 products are developed and produced according to customer requirements, technical specifications, quality standards and cost targets.

• You will work closely with overseas customers, merchandising teams, vendors, quality teams and internal departments. Your goal will be to improve product quality, control technical risks, support cost optimisation and ensure smooth product development and production.

ROLE SUMMARY 職位概要

• Reporting to the COO of the Shenzhen office, you will lead a Technical Team of approximately six to seven members.

• 您將向深圳辦事處的營運總監匯報，並帶領一支約6至7人的技術團隊。

• You will manage the technical execution of home furniture product development from the early development stage through to production. You will also support product improvement, design optimisation, factory assessment, technical problem-solving and quality issue resolution.

• The role requires strong home furniture knowledge, leadership skills, business awareness and the ability to communicate with customers and suppliers in China and overseas.

JOB DESCRIPTION 職位描述

• Lead and manage the China Technical Team of approximately six to seven members.

• Supervise the complete technical process of home furniture product development.

• Ensure that the team meets technical, quality, cost and delivery requirements.

• Lead new product development and product improvement projects.

• 領導新產品開發及產品改善項目。

• Review product designs, structures, materials and construction methods.

• 檢討產品設計、結構、材料及製作工藝。

• Ensure that products meet the standards and requirements of US and UK customers.

• 確保產品符合美國及英國客戶的標準及要求。

• Provide professional technical support to the merchandising and product-development teams.

• 為商品及產品開發團隊提供專業技術支援。

• Assist with technical problems, product structure issues and production-cost optimisation.

• 協助處理技術問題、產品結構問題及生產成本優化工作。

• Review product samples, drawings, specifications and technical documents.

• 檢討產品樣品、圖紙、規格及技術文件。

• Conduct regular technical audits and performance assessments of vendor factories.

• 定期對供應商工廠進行技術審核及績效評估。

• Ensure that vendors follow the required technical specifications and quality standards.

• 確保供應商遵循所需的技術規格及品質標準。

• Work with vendors and customers to agree on corrective actions and practical solutions.

• 與供應商及客戶合作，商定糾正措施及可行的解決方案。

• Identify potential workflow, production and quality risks.

• 識別潛在的工作流程、生產及品質風險。

• Recommend preventive actions and process improvements.

• 提出預防措施及流程改善建議。

• Lead the implementation of PIP and CAP corrective-action plans.

• 領導推行PIP及CAP糾正措施計劃。

• Provide training on furniture／傢俬 knowledge, production methods, workmanship and inspection standards.

• 提供家具/傢俬專業知識、生產方法、工藝及驗貨標準方面的培訓。

• Coordinate with overseas customers and internal teams on technical matters.

• 就技術事宜與海外客戶及內部團隊進行協調。

• Occassional travel within China and Southeast Asia is required.

IDEAL CANDIDATE 理想人選

• Tertiary education in Engineering, Forestry, Furniture Design, Wood Technology or a related discipline is preferred.

• 具備工程、林業、家具/傢俬設計、木材技術或相關學科的大專或以上學歷者優先。

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the home furniture industry.

• 具備至少10年家居家具/傢俬行業相關經驗。

• At least 5 years of experience in a technical management or managerial position.

• 具備至少5年技術管理或管理職位經驗。

• Strong technical knowledge of indoor and outdoor home furniture products.

• 具備深厚的室內及戶外家具/傢俬產品技術知識。

• Good knowledge of home furniture materials, construction, production methods and workmanship.

• 熟悉家具/傢俬材料、結構、生產方法及工藝。

• Familiar with international home furniture quality standards and the requirements of US and UK customers.

• 熟悉國際家具/傢俬品質標準，以及美國及英國客戶的要求。

• Experience in product development, technical sourcing, factory assessment, quality improvement or vendor management.

• 具備產品開發、技術採購、工廠評估、品質改善或供應商管理經驗。

• Strong understanding of product structure, cost optimisation and production processes.

• 深入了解產品結構、成本優化及生產流程。

• Good command of English and Mandarin.

• 具備良好的英語及普通話能力。
