PRODUCT MANAGER SOFTWARE PLATFORM - platform development & project delivery - cloud-based software solution provider (TST)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Own the product roadmap and drive the continuous development of the platform.

• Gather customer and business requirements and turn them into clear product features.

• Define product requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria.

• Work closely with software developers and UI/UX designers throughout the development process.

• Manage the product backlog and prioritise features based on business and customer needs.

• Coordinate product releases, enhancements, and continuous improvements.

• Prepare and maintain product documentation.

• Act as Project Manager for platform-related projects from planning to implementation.

• Prepare project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines.

• Coordinate internal teams, customers, and external partners.

• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.

• Track project progress and report status to stakeholders.

• Coordinate testing, deployment, and implementation activities.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with good quality.

• Serve as the main contact between customers, business teams, and technical teams.

• Translate customer needs into practical product and technical solutions.

• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Occasional travel to Shenzhen may be required, around once every 1–2 weeks, for coordination with technical and project teams.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 3–5 years of experience in software product development or product management.

• Experience in software project management and delivery.

• Experience working closely with software development teams.

• Good understanding of web applications and the software development lifecycle.

• Experience in product requirements, roadmaps, and backlog management.

• Strong project planning, coordination, and documentation skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience in SaaS, cloud-based platforms, or web applications is an advantage.

• Experience in NGO, fundraising, e-commerce, or campaign management platforms is a plus.

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
