PRODUCT SPECIALIST - distributor life science equipment / medical device / research product / testing reagent (Kwun Tong)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Report to the Product Manager and work closely with the Life Science Division team.

• Conduct sales and marketing activities for life science products.

• Focus on hospitals, university medical laboratories, and government organizations.

• Promote and sell instruments and consumables within assigned territories.

• Deliver product presentations and provide technical advisory services.

• Stay informed on new technologies, product developments, and market trends.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide on-site technical support when required.

• Assist in preparing marketing plans and promotional materials.

• Support business development initiatives to achieve sales objectives.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Bachelor's degree or above in Life Science, Biological Science, or a related discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in medical equipment, laboratory equipment, or life science products.

• Reliable, proactive, and professional with a positive working attitude.

• Good communication skills in English & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

• Keen to develop a career in professional sales within the medical, life science, and healthcare sectors.
