Project Co-ordinator II (carrying the job title of ‘Executive’) (Ref. 260001HJ) (Closing date: September 15, 2026)

The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing administrative and logistical support to the team in the organisation of University events, including ceremonies, conferences, exhibitions, lectures, banquets and social functions; (b) developing, maintaining and updating database systems, websites and online platforms; (c) managing team inventory and overseeing storage arrangements; (d) supporting the production of publicity and promotional materials; (e) co-ordinating service bookings and liaising with internal units and external service providers; and (f) performing other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have/be (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 5 years’ post-qualification work experience, with exposure to the communications, event management and/or public relations field being an advantage; (iii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese); (iv) strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills; and (v) a diligent and responsible work attitude, with a candid spirit and a high level of professionalism. Shortlisted candidates will be required to sit for a written test in both English and Chinese.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
