Diploma + HKIA member, 3 years or above relevant experience, with Hi-End residential project experience highly prefer. Responsible to handle local Hi-End residential project development; Manage project design, tendering, administration, completion, handover and defect rectification; Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
Co-ordinate with internal & external parties, consultants and contractors; Review design presentation and detail design drawings from consultants; Manage property maintenance and renovation works.
