We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Office of Planning and Analysis:
Project Officer (OPA) (Ref: 260022Y)
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
Handling daily clerical work, phone/email inquiries, document filing, and meeting logistics (scheduling, room setup, and drafting minutes);
Acting as the contact point between OPA and other offices; assisting with user requirement gathering, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user guides, and frontline user support;
Performing accurate data entry, record updates, and data cleansing for university address and analytics systems; and
Undertaking other duties as assigned by the Director of the Office of Planning and Analysis.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline;
At least 1-2 years of experience in office administration or project coordination;
Hands-on ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word to organise data and prepare reports;
Detail-oriented, organised, and a good team player; and
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
Terms and Conditions for Appointment
An attractive remuneration package, including basic salary, an end-of-contract gratuity, and a discretionary incentive payment, where applicable, will be offered to the right candidates.
