Company Overview

The Tung Wah Group of Hospitals is the largest charitable organization in Hong Kong. At present, we offer medical and health, education, community, historical and cultural heritage preservation, and traditional services to the community with over 400 service centres spreading over the territory of Hong Kong.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Perform and manage the administrative duties of the Women Wellness Satellite (WWS);

  • ensure the operations and administrations of the three WWS comply with the policies and guidelines of the Group and the project;

  • monitor the fund utilization of three WWS;

  • perform duties on finance and human resources of WWS;

  • prepare papers, documents and statistics of WWS;

  • arrange maintenance of sites, furniture and equipment of three WWS;

  • arrange the meetings and visits of three WWS;

  • assist in organizing health education programmes of three WWS;

  • assist in preparing the promotion and health education materials of three WWS;

  • compile complaints and incident reports;

  • collaborate and coordinate with the District Health Centres/Expresses and stakeholders for service provision and case management;

  • provide support to meet the service target and key performance indicators of the three WWS;

  • required to perform shift duty and work in different locations; and

  • perform any other duties as assigned.

 The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • a recognized degree or equivalent;

  • at least Grade D in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the HKCEE or equivalent;

  • at least 2 years of post-qualification administration experience preferably in healthcare sector;

  • proficient in English and Chinese including Putonghua; and

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & employment terms:

The successful candidate will be appointed on contract terms with a salary currently at $30,595 per month (Tung Wah Master Pay Scale Point 12).  Entry salary depends on years of recognized experience.  The salary is subject to downward/upward adjustment or may be frozen as determined by Tung Wah and/or as appropriate with reference to the civil service pay review.  The fringe benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships.
