Role Mission 角色使命

• Lead and manage the purchasing function across Dongguan and Vietnam to ensure timely, cost-effective and quality supply of all production materials, machinery, equipment and services

• 領導和管理東莞及越南的採購職能，確保所有生產材料、機械、設備和服務的及時、具成本效益和高質量供應

• Build and maintain a strong supplier base in China and the region to support the company's growth, cost competitiveness and operational excellence

• Partner with internal teams to optimise inventory, reduce costs and ensure seamless material flow to support production schedules and customer commitments

• 與內部團隊合作，優化庫存、降低成本，確保材料無縫流動，以支援生產計劃和客戶承諾

Role Summary 角色概要

• Manage purchasing teams in Dongguan and Vietnam, overseeing procurement of direct and indirect materials for Vietnam production plants

• 管理東莞和越南的採購團隊，監督越南生產工廠的直接和間接材料採購

• Execute purchasing strategies and policies to meet the group's business growth and purchasing requirements

• 執行採購策略和政策，以滿足集團的業務增長和採購需求

• Ensure all materials and supplies are available on time to support garment manufacturing and customer delivery commitments

• Collaborate with internal merchandisers, product designers and production specialists to optimise stock levels and inventory turnover

• 與內部營業員、產品設計師和生產專家合作，優化庫存水平和庫存周轉率

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

• Lead and manage purchasing teams in Dongguan and Vietnam, including direct materials (fabrics, trims, accessories, packaging) and indirect materials (machinery, equipment, fixtures, consumables and other supplies)

• 領導和管理東莞和越南的採購團隊，包括直接材料（布料、輔料、配件、包裝）和間接材料（機械、設備、夹具、消耗品和其他物資）

• Source and contact new suppliers in China and the region to expand the supplier base and secure competitive pricing, quality and delivery

• 在中國及地區開發和聯絡新供應商，擴大供應商基礎，確保具競爭力的價格、質量和交付

• Manage all matters related to existing suppliers, including price negotiation, quality assurance, delivery tracking and performance reviews

• Follow up on quotations, requirements and complaints from customer purchasing departments and resolve issues promptly

• Ensure production materials are available on time to meet production schedules and customer delivery dates

• Monitor and control purchasing costs, budgets and payment terms to achieve cost savings and cash flow objectives

• Collaborate with merchandisers, product designers and production teams to optimise stock levels, reduce inventory holding and improve inventory turnover

• Prepare and monitor the annual purchasing department budget and report on variances and cost-saving initiatives

• Stay updated on the latest technology, materials and machinery trends in the garment industry to drive innovation and efficiency

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards and internal policies on quality, sustainability and ethical sourcing

• Build strong relationships with key suppliers and customers to foster long-term partnerships and mutual growth

Ideal Candidate 理想人選

• 8+ years of sourcing and purchasing experience in the garment industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role

• 8年以上成衣行業採購和 sourcing 經驗，其中至少5年擔任管理或監督職位

• Strong knowledge of garment materials (fabrics, trims, accessories, packaging) and indirect materials (machinery, equipment, consumables)

• 熟悉成衣材料（布料、輔料、配件、包裝）和間接材料（機械、設備、消耗品）

• Experience in infant and kids garment is a strong advantage

• 具備嬰幼兒及兒童服裝經驗者為佳

• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (written and spoken)

• 良好的英語和中文（書面和口語）溝通能力

• Strong negotiation, supplier management and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost, quality and delivery

• 具備強大的談判、供應商管理和解決問題能力，專注於成本、質量和交付

• Hands-on, detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• 務實、注重細節，能夠在快節奏、目標導向的環境中獨立工作

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; data analysis and reporting skills are an advantage

• 熟練使用Microsoft Office和ERP系統；具備數據分析和報告能力者為佳

• Willing to work based in Dongguan office with regular trips to Vietnam as needed

• 願意在東莞辦公室工作，並根據需要定期前往越南

• Report directly to Senior Management
