Preventive Maintenance Programme
Upgrading/Improvement Works to Lands Department Slopes in the Northern Regions

Fugro (Hong Kong) Limited, an international consulting firm of Fugro N.V. Groups, has been appointed by the Lands Department of the HKSAR, to supervise the upgrading / improvement works for slopes and retaining walls maintained by the Lands Department.

Upgrading/Improvement works will be implemented to approximate 100 Nos. of slopes and retaining walls under Contract No. 5/LANDS/26. The slopes and retaining walls of this contract are located in the Northern Regions. The contract is scheduled to commence in September/October 2026 for about 24 months.

To supervise the site works for this contract, we have vacancies for the following posts of resident site staff who meet the minimum qualifications and experience

輝固(香港)工程顧問有限公司是輝固集團其下一間國際性的工程顧問公司。現受聘於香港特別行政區地政總署負責監督該署轄下斜坡及擋土牆之鞏固/改善工程。

大約100個位於北部地區之斜坡及擋土牆將於合約編號5/LANDS/26之下進行鞏固/改善工程。上述之工程預期於二零二六年九月/十月展開，並為期約二十四個月。現就上述之工程合約招聘下列駐地盤工程人員。

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

Candidates should have Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or equivalent, and with relevant experience.

入職條件：

申請人必須為香港工程師學會正式會員或同等資格，並具有相關工作經驗。

Applicants may also refer to the other requirement(s) of the above opening(s) stipulated in Appendix 7.4 of “Management Handbook for Direct Employment of Resident Site Staff by Consultants of Public Works Projects” from the Website of Development Bureau.

The candidates should have minimum academic / Professional qualification requirements of the above posts.

Terms of Appointment:

Appointments will be made on Agreement Term with Fugro (Hong Kong) Limited for a period between 9 months and 24 months in accordance with the prevailing Government’s terms and conditions. Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.

Preference will be given to those candidates who have attended the mandatory basic safety training courses. Where a large number of candidates meet the specified entry requirements, we may devise shortlisting criteria to select the better qualified and experienced candidates for further processing.  In these circumstances, only shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend recruitment interview. Applicants who have not been contacted within 2 months from the close of application may assume their application unsuccessful.

本公司輝固(香港)工程顧問有限公司，會以九至二十四個月之合約形式聘請獲取錄的申請人。聘用條款將按受聘時政府採用的編制而定。受聘人士之薪酬按資歷及工作經驗而定。
