SALES COORDINATOR (24K-28K X 13) - European MNC trading electronic & electrical Components APAC market (Kwun Tong)

ROLE MISSION

• To manage customer orders accurately and efficiently from order receipt through to shipment completion, while providing reliable customer service and ensuring smooth coordination among customers, factories, logistics providers and internal teams.

THE ROLE

• Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will manage the complete order process for assigned customers in China and the Asia-Pacific region.

• You will handle customer orders, product information, shipping documents and delivery follow-up. This role is suitable for a detail-oriented and responsible person who can work independently, manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy.

• No business travel is required for this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle the full order process, from receiving and confirming orders to shipment and completion.

• Check order details, pricing, product availability and delivery requirements.

• Coordinate with customers, factories and internal teams to confirm order information.

• Prepare and check import and export shipping documents.

• Ensure that orders, documents and shipments are accurate and follow the agreed terms and conditions.

• Track order and shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers and management.

• Work closely with logistics companies and business partners to ensure on-time delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments and customer communications.

• Communicate effectively with sales, logistics, finance and other internal teams.

• Provide professional and timely customer service.

• Support improvements to order handling and customer service processes.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• At least 5 years of experience in customer service, order processing, shipping documentation, logistics or a related function.

• Experience in a trading company, distributor or sales office is a strong advantage.

• Experience working with customers or suppliers in China or Asia-Pacific markets is an advantage.

• Proficient of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.

• Able to manage multiple orders and tasks under pressure.

• Comfortable working with customers, factories, logistics providers and internal departments.
