SALES COORDINATOR - European brand owner & manufacturer plastic materials APAC market (Lai Chi Kok)

Job Description

• Provide sales support to customers by phone and email.

• Work closely with the sales team.

• Enter customer orders into the system.

• Follow up on sales processing and order status.

• Coordinate shipment and delivery.

• Update and maintain customer price lists with the sales team.

• Handle customer complaints with the Quality team.

• Monitor credit limits and follow up on payment schedules.

• Support ad hoc duties as assigned.

• No trips required.

Ideal Candidate

• Form 6 or above.

• Tertiary education is an advantage

• 3 years of related working experience is preferred.

• Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Good spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Experience in international shipment and logistics is preferred.

• SAP experience is highly preferred.

• Willing to learn, open-minded, flexible, responsible, and self-motivated.
