SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR – fashion optical accessories / optical frame / eyewear manufacturer (Hunghom)

Role Mission

• To provide professional sales and marketing support to assigned international clients and brands from Europe and the US, ensuring seamless coordination between customers and factories.

• You will manage the full order cycle from quotation to shipment, oversee production schedules and prototype development, and contribute to marketing activities that strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.

Role Summary

• This is a mid-level sales and marketing role within a collaborative team of 5–6 members, reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

• You will serve as a key point of contact for international clients, coordinating projects between overseas customers and Asian manufacturing partners to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

• Ideal for candidates with 3+ years of experience in sales, merchandising, order management, or customer service within the trading or manufacturing sector, particularly in optical, eyewear, fashion accessories, or consumer goods for US/EU markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to assigned clients and brands from the US and Europe.

• Handle customer inquiries, follow-up actions, and relationship management.

• Issue and follow up on quotations to secure new and repeat business.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to promote products and strengthen brand presence.

• Manage orders from initiation to shipment, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Liaise with factories in China and Southeast Asia to monitor production schedules and resolve issues.

• Oversee development of prototypes and ensure product specifications are met according to client requirements.

• Support delivery follow-ups and track project milestones to ensure on-time completion.

• Assist in marketing activities to promote products and enhance brand visibility.

• Coordinate projects between factories and customers to ensure smooth execution.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

• Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, merchandising, order processing, or customer service within trading or manufacturing of consumer goods for US/EU markets.

• Experience in optical frames, eyewear, fashion accessories, or related products is a strong advantage.

• Proven ability to coordinate between Chinese/Southeast Asian factories and overseas clients.

• Experience working with global fashion, optical, or eyewear brands is a plus.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Familiarity with ERP or SAP systems is a plus.

• Proficient English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin is an advantage.
