ROLE MISSION : 

  • Own the FF&E vision and delivery for high-end international hotel projects across the region

  • Ensure every furniture, lighting, textile and decorative choice reinforces the overall design concept and brand story

  • Drive the full FF&E journey from concept and sourcing through procurement, mock-ups and on-site installation

  • Coordinate closely with the FF&E Director, internal teams, external partners and clients to safeguard quality, aesthetics and functionality

ROLE SUMMARY :

  • Focus exclusively on high-end international hotel projects, reporting directly to the FF&E Director

  • Drive the full FF&E journey from concept development and supplier sourcing through procurement, mock-ups and on-site installation

  • Ensure every furniture, lighting, textile and decorative selection reinforces the design concept and brand story

  • Work closely with the FF&E Director, interior designers, clients and suppliers to curate premium FF&E packages

  • Manage specifications and schedules, coordinate procurement and oversee installation to deliver exceptional guest experiences

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 

  • Work with the FF&E Director and interior designers from project inception to develop FF&E concepts for luxury international hotel projects

  • Create FF&E palettes, mood boards and material selections that respond to each project's narrative and interior architecture

  • Curate furniture, lighting, textiles, rugs, artwork and accessories that elevate aesthetics, comfort and functionality for high-end hotel environments

  • Prepare and present material and sample boards for client workshops, internal reviews and design fairs

  • Source and select furniture, lighting, accessories and materials to the highest quality standards, maintaining strong supplier relationships locally and internationally

  • Manage sourcing, vendor coordination and procurement to ensure quality, budget control and on-time delivery

  • Support budgeting and value-engineering of FF&E packages with the FF&E Director; negotiate pricing and terms to secure best value

  • Oversee purchase orders, specification sheets and control books for all FF&E requirements

  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, project managers and clients to integrate FF&E into spatial planning and detailing

  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to resolve FF&E issues during documentation and installation, including site visits for reviews and mock-ups

  • Direct mock-ups, material reviews and on-site installation to ensure design intent and execution quality

  • Participate in project meetings and client presentations under the guidance of the FF&E Director

  • Travel to project sites, supplier showrooms and international design fairs as required

IDEAL CANDIDATE : 

  • Tertiary education in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Product Design or related discipline

  • 2+ years of FF&E design experience in hospitality projects, with strong focus on high-end international hotel projects

  • Proven exposure to international hotel brands is a strong advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and AutoCAD; SketchUp and InDesign are advantageous

  • Strong conceptualisation, presentation and visual storytelling skills

  • Good communication skills in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus

  • Willing and able to travel regionally and internationally as project needs require
