SENIOR LOGISTICS OFFICER APAC 3PL & 4PL - third party logistics service / Tuen Mun MTR / 5 days work

Job Description

• Support non-merchandise warehouse operations in Greater China and Southeast Asia.

• Coordinate logistics matters between the customer’s supply chain team and service providers.

• Handle and follow up on regional service requests.

• Track international and domestic non-merchandise shipments.

• Ensure service providers submit regular inventory reports.

• Check and validate shipment documents submitted by service providers.

• Support new store openings in Greater China and Southeast Asia, both on-site and off-site, on behalf of the customer.

• Review and validate monthly invoices from service providers.

• Travel occasionally within Asia Pacific on behalf of the customer for logistics role of newly opened stores.

Ideal Candidate

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

• 2+ years experience in logistics service providers or distribution centres 

• An advantage if experienced in 4PL operations or managing multiple third-party logistics providers 

• Experience in servicing international fashion brands for distribution in HK and APAC region is a plus 

• Good knowledge of inventory management systems and distribution networks.

• Good understanding of regional logistics networks and cross-border supply chain issues in Asia.

• Knowledge of customs rules, shipping documents, and compliance requirements for regional distribution.

• Good written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Cantonese is required; Mandarin is an advantage.

• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
