We are looking for the following experienced professional who is capable of carrying out supervision and co-ordination work for the project of “Batch 1B, 1C Development of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park”:

Senior Manager (Project Management) (Ref. JD_23058SM(PM))
The minimum qualifications required for the post of Senior Manager (Project Manager) shall be as follows:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Interior Design, Architecture, Building Management, Project Management, Business Management or other related disciplines.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project management or facilities management, with a solid track record in interior fit-out, refurbishment, and handover/takeover of commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, retail, office, or institutional projects.

• Hands-on experience in the full project lifecycle, including tendering, procurement, site execution, handover, and defects management.

• Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders, including users, designers, consultants, contractors, operators, and senior management, in complex and fast-paced project environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.

• Membership of a recognised professional body (e.g. RICS, HKIE, HKICM, HKIS, or equivalent) would be an advantage.

• Work in Lok Ma Chau Office is required (shuttle bus service and MTR concession scheme are available).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support senior management in overseeing interior fit-out, reinstatement, and refurbishment projects from feasibility study, design development, tendering and procurement through construction, testing and commissioning, handover, defects rectification, and project close-out.

• Assist senior management in coordinating and conducting project progress meetings with internal stakeholders, end users, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and operators to ensure alignment on user requirements, programme, budget, and handover expectations.

• Liaise closely with Facilities Management, operations teams, and end users throughout the project lifecycle—from planning to delivery—to ensure smooth implementation and handover.

• Prepare management reports, project dashboards, and presentations covering project progress, risks, costs, key decisions, and stakeholder matters for senior management review.

• Ensure proper project governance, documentation control, contract administration, and compliance with company policies and health and safety requirements.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 12 months commencing immediately with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
