SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE / ASST SALES MANAGER - Electrical Components / EV Cables, Power Cords, Transformers & Wire Harnesses Manufacturer (Lai Chi Kok)

ROLE MISSION

• Drive sales growth by managing existing customers, reactivating dormant accounts, and developing new business opportunities.

• Build strong customer relationships and create long-term business value through professional account management.

• Support the company’s expansion in key markets by identifying new prospects and converting them into active customers.

ROLE SUMMARY

• This is an individual contributor sales role with direct responsibility for customer development and revenue growth.

• You will work in a Sales Team of 3 members and report directly to the Head of Sales.

• The role focuses on OEM customers and product lines such as power cords, transformers, EV cables, and wire harnesses.

• Occasional travel to Dongguan & overseas is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and grow a portfolio of OEM customers with a focus on existing accounts, dormant accounts, and new business development.

• Build strong relationships with customers to increase business share and support long-term cooperation.

• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in target markets and product segments.

• Lead new customer onboarding from quotation, sampling, and project follow-up through to mass production.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

• Assess customer risks through KYC practices, credit review, and market analysis.

• Recommend new product ideas and value-added solutions based on customer needs and market trends.

• Achieve assigned sales revenue and profitability targets.

• Perform regular account reviews, sales planning, and pipeline management.

• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management as needed.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• University degree preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in manufacturing and/or international trading.

• Proven experience in selling power cords, transformers, EV cables, wire harnesses, or related electrical products.

• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term business relationships.

• Able to handle a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
