Our production network includes factories in China (1,000 workers) and Southeast Asia (2,000 workers), serving key markets in the USA, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and other international regions.
ROLE MISSION
To lead end-to-end sweater product development—from concept and design through to final 3D garment sampling—ensuring designs are commercially viable, technically feasible, and aligned with customer expectations and market trends.

You will drive design excellence, collaborate with customers and internal teams, and manage the full product development cycle.
The ideal candidate will combine strong creative vision with technical expertise and a deep understanding of North American and European markets.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead the full product design process, from concept to final 3D garment sampling, including detailed specifications, construction details, and print design
Research and analyze market trends, colors, and raw materials to ensure designs meet commercial needs and customer demands
Work closely with customers and internal teams to translate design requirements into manufacturable products
Prepare seasonal presentation boards, design sketches, illustrations, and CADs; deliver compelling design presentations to customers and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with designers, 3D technicians, merchandisers, suppliers, technicians, and the sample room to ensure designs are production-ready
Track and follow up on samples and new design projects from ideation to final garment sampling
Assist in ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by the supervisor to support business development
Undertake business travel as required
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Degree holder in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in apparel design
Genuine passion for apparel design and raw material development
Strong fashion sense and aesthetic intelligence, with a keen eye for visual trends in both North American and European markets
Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva; experience in 3D software and AI tools is preferred
Good communications in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin for effective communication with diverse teams
