ROLE MISSION

  • Ensure safe, efficient, and professional installation, maintenance, and repair of water filter systems for our B2C customers.

  • We provide our B2C customers with safe, efficient, and professional water filtration system installation, maintenance, and repair services.

  • Deliver high-quality after-sales service that meets customer expectations and supports the company's reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.

ROLE SUMMARY

  • Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of domestic water filter systems.

  • Report to the service manager; you will be responsible for the on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of the home water filtration system.

  • You will ensure timely, professional, and courteous service to our B2C customers across Hong Kong.

  • You will ensure that you provide timely, professional and courteous service to all B2C customers in Hong Kong.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct on-site visits to assess installation locations for water filter systems.

  • Conduct on-site inspections to assess the installation location of the water filter.

  • Install, maintain, and repair water filter systems at customer homes or premises.

  • Install, maintain, and repair water filtration systems in customers' homes or premises.

  • Handle warranty repairs and after-sales service requests.

  • Handle maintenance, repair, and after-sales service requests.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for water filter products.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for water filtration products.

  • Manage spare parts and tools for service assignments.

  • Parts and tools required for management service tasks.

  • Maintain accurate service records and reports.

  • Deliver friendly, professional, and timely customer service at all times.

IDEAL CANDIDATE Entry Requirements

  • Form 5 (Secondary 5) or above.

  • Level 5 or above.

  • Electrical Worker License (Grade A) Holder.

  • Holds an electrician's license (Type A).

  • Responsible, punctual, and polite with a strong customer service attitude.

  • Responsible, punctual, polite, and possesses a strong customer service attitude.

  • Willing and able to work outdoors and travel to various customer locations across Hong Kong.

  • Willing and able to work outdoors and travel to client locations in various districts of Hong Kong.

  • Prior experience in water filter installation, home appliance repair, or electrical work is an advantage.

  • Those with experience in water filter installation, home appliance repair, or electrical work will be given priority.

TERMS & BENEFITS Compensation and Benefits

  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
