Responsibilities
Set goals for telemarketing staff and monitor their performance to boost sales
Oversee team efficiency and manage staffing plans
Monitor calls to ensure high service quality
Train staff to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively
Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
Requirements
Post-secondary education
At least 5 years’ relevant experience
Strong sales motivation and proven sales management skills
