Manager (Procurement & Production Control)

About the role

Lead production scheduling, inventory management, and order fulfillment activities. Manage demand forecasts and develop mid-term and long-term production plans. Monitor KPIs related to delivery performance, inventory levels, and production efficiency. Handle escalation issues involving production schedules. Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, purchasing, manufacturing, and customers.

Job Descriptions:

• Lead production scheduling, inventory management, and order fulfillment activities

• Manage demand forecasts and develop mid-term and long-term production plans

• Monitor KPIs related to delivery performance, inventory levels, and production efficiency

• Handle escalation issues involving production schedules

• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, purchasing, manufacturing, and customers

• Communicate with customers and report irregular issues in Japanese
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

• 5-10+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management

• Fluent in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking) at business level

• Able to lead meetings, negotiations, and business discussions in Japanese

• Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred

• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
