The Job

Clients: A Listed Property Developer
Positions: Assistant Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Officer
Responsibilities: Implement leasing strategies, tenancy management, lease terms negotiation, leasing document management, fit-out & maintenance coordination and other ad hoc duties.
$35-45K. 5 day. Bonus, Medical.

Requirements

Degree holder
8 years commercial (Office) leasing experience gained with property developers of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
Sound experience in terms negotiation and familiar with leasing documents
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
Occasional travel
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer
