Improvement of Sewage Rising Mains in Shek O and Tui Min Hoi
Binnies Hong Kong Limited invites applications for the following Resident Site Staff (RSS) positions for contract administration and construction supervision of the captioned New Engineering Contract (NEC ECC Option C) contract. The contract include (a) construction of about 760m of sewage rising main at Shek O; (b) rehabilitation and replacement of about 980m existing rising main at Shek O; and (c) construction of about 200m of twin sewage rising mains at Tui Min Hoi. The contract commenced in July 2026.
1. ^#RESIDENT WORKS SUPERVISOR I (Ref: SOSKRM/RWSI/293/2026)
Candidates should have:
(a) a Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong (CIC) / Hong Kong Institute of Construction (HKIC) / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) / Technical Institute or College (TI/TC) / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic (Poly) or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; or
(b) successfully completed a recognized technician apprenticeship in an appropriate discipline; or
(c) successfully completed a recognized craft apprenticeship with 2 years’ experience as a skilled worker in appropriate discipline; or
(d) at least 5 years’ experience as a skilled worker in appropriate discipline; and
(e) at least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience; or
(f) at least 3 years’ relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor II or equivalent in public works projects or recognized projects listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.

^The possession of a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Secondary 3 standard or above is required.
#This position will be required to work irregular hours, overtime and shifts (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and to carry out supervision duties in Mainland China or overseas if necessary.
The possession of a Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate or equivalent certification is required for the above position.

石澳及對面海污水泵喉改善工程
賓尼斯工程顧問有限公司現為上述泵喉改善工程招聘下列駐地盤工程人員負責合約的行政和施工監督的工作。有關工程合約將採用「新工程合約」下的「工程建造合約C選項」作為合約模式。工程包括(a) 在石澳建造約760米長污水泵喉；(b) 在石澳修復及更換約980米長污水泵喉； 及(c)在對面海建造約200米長雙管污水泵喉。工程已於2026年7月展開。
1. ^#駐地盤一級監工(Ref: SOSKRM/RWSI/293/2026)
申請人必須符合以下相關的入職條件：
(一)持有香港建造業議會/香港建造學院/香港專業教育學院/工業學院/科技學院/香港理工大學/理工學院頒發相關學科的證書或同等資格；或
(二)完成一項認可的技術員學徒訓練；或
(三)完成一項認可的工藝學徒訓練，並具有最少兩年熟練技工之相關工作經驗；或
(四)具有最少五年熟練技工之相關工作經驗；及申請人亦須符合以下相關的入職條件：
(五)具有最少三年於取得以上資格後之相關工作經驗；或
(六)曾在認可的公共工程或表列在顧問公司直接聘用駐工地人員的管理手冊章節4.5.2的項目工程中擔任駐地盤二級監工或同等職位，並具有三年或以上之相關工作經驗。

^申請職位的申請人需有相當於香港中三水平的英國語文及中國語文的程度。
