工作職責

  1. 配合或獨立完成公司日常發薪、員工獎金、傭金計算;處理員工福利,例如醫療報銷、年假、生日津貼等具體工作;報稅、強積金;
  2. 操作OA系統人事相關部分審批、或發起申請流程;
  3. 辦理員工離職、出具在職證明;
  4. 新員工入職後檔案整理與資訊入庫;
  5. 員工績效及職級管理;
  6. 其它領導分配工作。

 

任職資格:

  1. 3年以上薪資事務工作經驗,有金融行業工作經驗者優先考慮;
  2. 熟悉香港本地勞工法、個人稅務條例;
  3. 有較強的普通話聽、說、讀、寫能力,具備一定的英文讀、寫能力;
  4. 本科或以上學歷者優先;
  5. 能夠適應中資企業文化,工作態度積極、主動。
