Duties:

  • Support a team of 2 recruiters
  • Assist with candidate onboarding process
  • Obtain new hire internal approvals
  • Prepare employment contracts
  • Assist with visa applications if necessary
  • Sending out of new hire internal notifications
  • Conduct reference checks

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR or related discipline with 1-3 years’ recruitment/HR experience
  • Familiar with full recruitment process and drafting employment contracts
  • Able to ensure the fluency of recruitment process
  • Proficient in Cantonese, English
  • Immediate availability is preferred
