職責:

  • 負責日常帳務及行政管理工作, 包括賬款核對及每日銷售金額結算準確
  • 核對備存現金記錄以確保現金儲備充足
  • 處理及紀錄信用卡結算, 確保銷售款項賬單正確
  • 確保同事紀律並遵守現金處理和店鋪守則及程序
  • 協助店舖經理處理一切行政工作,如訂購所需物資,輸入更表,核對出勤記錄及假期記錄等
  • 協助通知店舖經理,培訓和更新員工有關現金處理, 顧客服務和店鋪例行工作的守則及程序

入職要求:

  • 3年相關收銀及行政管理, 具百貨公司及超市經驗更佳
  • 熟悉電腦系統和 MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • 熟悉POS收銀系統,信用咭及現金收銀及結算程序
  • 有責任心, 細心, 處事謹慎及具團隊合作精神
  • 具備良好組織能力,人際關係及溝通技巧
  • 態度主動積極,獨立,成熟
