工作職責:

  • 指導及提升店鋪團隊之顧客服務,帶領團隊有效地向顧客提供優質服務
  • 人事管理、工作分配、團隊建立及人才培訓
  • 管理店舖日常運作如貨品管理、存貨管理、店舖視覺陳列等,以確保營運及服務符合公司指標
  • 進行銷售及數據分析作出店舖生意匯報
  • 帶領及推動前線團隊達致公司銷售指標

 

 

入職要求:

  • 4年或以上時裝零售經驗,當中不少於兩年為店舖管理經驗
  • 流利粵語、一般普通話及英語對話
  • 具良好人際關係及溝通技巧
  • 具良好市場觸角、銷售及顧客服務技巧
  • 具卓越人事管理及領導才能, 獨立處事及危機應變能力
  • 主動積極、對工作有熱誠及責任感
