職責

  • 負責名牌手袋 / 鞋履 / 配飾銷售工作及達至銷售目標
  • 維持店舖日常運作
  • 管理同事日常工作
  • 設定及達成公司定下的團隊銷售目標、個人KPI
  • 定期設定及調整店鋪策略
  • 定期開會檢討及匯報店鋪業績
  • 貨場及倉存管理以確保存貨充足
  • 員工更表安排

 

職位要求

  • 手袋/鞋履/配飾類零售行業銷售及管理經驗優先(有奢侈品經驗更佳)
  • 操流利粵語、簡單英語及普通話
  • 主動積極、良好銷售技巧及顧客服務技巧
  • 經驗較淺者可被考慮為(助理)店舖經理
  • 即時上班者優先考慮

Responsibilities

  • Manage the crew for store operation
  • Staff coaching & training
  • Manage sales and service quality, ensure to maximize sales and productivity, achieve targets, contribute to the growth of sales, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
  • Handle daily store operation, administration, management and maintain brand image
  • Motivate and drive the sales team to achieve their individual and store KPIs and sales target
  • Identify and implement new initiatives for improving services standards
  • Handle inventory control and manpower planning
  • Handle customer complaints and returns according to the company regulations
  • Communicate and work closely with internal departments

 

Requirements

  • Relevant store management experience (High to luxury end preferred)
  • Strong in motivating the sales team to achieve sales target and to deliver excellent customer service
  • Logical thinker, good team player, skills in inventory control, VM, sales report etc.
  • Result-oriented with good leadership, people management, and staff development skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as (Assistant) Store Manager
  • Immediate available is preferred
