職責:

  • 提供優質客戶服務,包括一般查詢及投訴
  • 負責保安工作,如危機處理及人流管制
  • 協助及處理日常物業管理工作

 

要求:

  • 中學或以上學歷
  • 良好溝通技巧及懂電腦基本操作
  • 持有效保安人員許可證及QAS證書
  • 有相關物業管理 / 客戶服務經驗優先
  • 可輪班工作 (0730 - 2300中9小時/ 6天工作)
