Responsibility 主要職責:

  • 提供優質賓客服務, 招待
  • 處理租戶及賓客查詢及投訴
  • 推廣商場活動、處理登記及換領禮品或禮券
  • 處理一般文書工作

Requirement 要求:

  • 持有文憑或以上程度,主修物業管理、款待服務管理等相關課程優先
  • 或 中五程度及最少2 年相關賓客服務經驗
  • 良好溝通技巧、待人親切有禮、有笑容及誠懇主動
  • 能操良好英語、粵語及普通話
  • 懂基本電腦操作(中文輸入法及MS Office)

工作時間:

  • 五天工作, 每天工作9小時, 須輪班及穿著制服
