- 熱線team: 接聽電話, 解答客人來電的查詢及投訴
- 電郵team: 回覆電郵 及 即時對話系統, 解答客人的查詢及投訴
- *大圍 - 熱線team: 每星期工作5-6天 (輪休), 每天8-9.5小時 (3pm-3am內輪班), 無需相關經驗
- *美孚 - 熱線team: 每星期工作5-6天 (輪休), 每天8-9.5小時 (3pm-00am內輪班), 需具一年或以上客戶服務 / 銷售經驗
- *九龍灣及屯門 - 熱線team / 電郵team (可自選其一): 每星期工作5-6天 (輪休), 每天8-9.5小時 (3pm-00am內輪班), 需具一年或以上客戶服務 / 銷售經驗
- 設有醫療福利, 14天有薪年假, 年終花紅等
- 中五或以上程度, 良好中文及英語
