Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer services in high-end shopping malls or commercial buildings
  • Answer and handle customers' inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Support promotional activities in the mall
  • Perform other administrative duties when necessary

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above
  • Communicative in Chinese & English
  • Prior customer service experience would be a plus
  • Passionate, outgoing and cheerful personality

 

5天工作(星期一至日),8am - 11pm (一日9小時), 有OT補水

負責

  • 於商場櫃枱為租戶及人客提供客戶服務
  • 於商場進行推廣活動時保持運作暢順

要求

  • 學歷Higher Diploma或以上
  • 歡迎Fresh Grad,有客戶服務經驗更佳
  • 良好中英文及普通話
