客戶服務助理 ($11,000- 13,000)

地點:

  • 屯門  或  九龍灣  上班

工作內容:

  • 透過電話解答客戶的一般查詢並致力提供客戶滿意的服務
  • 把握機會在通話中推廣公司產品/服務或跟進續約事宜
  • 恰當地處理客戶的投訴和解決查詢

工作要求:

  • 中學文憑試/中學會考程度或以上
  • 具一年以上客戶服務業經驗者優先
  • 具良好溝通技巧及服務態度
  • 流利中文/ 基本英文和普通話
  • 懂基本電腦操作
