職責

  • 提供優質一站式賓客服務
  • 處理租戶及賓客查詢及投訴
  • 推廣商場活動、處理登記及換領禮品或禮券處理一般文書工作

 


要求

  • 持有文憑或以上程度,主修物業管理、款待服務管理等相關課程
  • 或中五程度及擁有最少2年相關賓客服務經驗
  • 良好溝通技巧、待人親切有禮及誠懇主動
  • 能操良好英語、粵語及普通話
  • 懂基本電腦操作(中文輸入法及MS Office)
