店舖經理 Assistant/ Store Manager (百貨公司 / 高級超市)

職責:

  • 管理及帶領團隊共同達到公司目標
  • 向顧客提供優質服務及確保公司服務質素
  • 協助及培訓店鋪團隊之產品知識及銷售技巧
  • 與管理層緊密聯繫、提出合適當的行動策略
  • 保持良好店鋪營運環境及管理店舖存貨及補貨

 

入職要求:

  • 3年以上零售行業管理經驗 ; 具百貨公司或超市的工作經驗優先考慮
  • 良好粵語,一般英語及普通話
  • 歡迎具有超市Management Trainee經驗申請
  • 有效率地以不同方法處理多項工作
  • 具優秀領導才能及人事管理技巧、獨立處事及危機應變能力
