工作內容 / Job Duties :

負責店舖日常運作及提供客戶服務
Mainly support store daily operation and provide customer service
保持貨場整潔及負責倉庫整理
Ensure stock room and floor is well organized in company standard
處理客人查詢及疑問
Providing customer service on floor, act as a fashion advisor in responding customer’s inquiry
入職要求 / Requirements :

中五或以上 / 擁有香港合法工作資格
Form 5 or above, valid Hong Kong work permit
良好服務技巧及工作態度
Good customer service skills with a can do attitude
對客戶服務工作充滿熱誠及喜愛時裝
Passion to pursue career in customer service field and love fashion industry
經驗不拘,具相關銷售或顧客服務經驗更佳
Experience working in an apparel retailers is preferable
